Affordable Housing Overview
Affordable, quality housing is central to anybody's wellbeing, This is especially so with the aged and frail.
OneCare is working with the state government and other agencies to provide affordable housing for many of those most in need.
OneCare has established two new affordable housing developments. The first being located in New Norfolk, approximately 30 mins north of Hobart. This new development incorporates 20 contemporary affordable housing villas, in the broad acreage of Housten Circle.
The new Barossa Park development in Glenorchy, for example, will include accommodation for around 200 people, incorporating 18 affordable housing units. These will all be well designed housing that is socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.
