Chief Financial Officer

OneCare has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join our team of professionals.  You will report directly to the CEO and form an integral part of our leadership team.  If you like a challenge, are committed to making a difference and like people this role is for you.

 You will:

  • Provide strategic and operational  leadership to deliver quality  and cost effective commercial solutions
  • Research, analyse and assess financial requirements
  • Develop and implement budgets to meet OneCare’s operational and fiscal requirements
  • Provide financial and payroll expertise, oversight and guidance to the finance and business team
  • Manage and implement strategies to ensure compliance with audits and legislative requirements
  • Lead resources to deliver strategic and operational commercial leadership and development to our facilities
  • Manage and identify risks to ensure the financial stability of our resources
  • Actively build and maintain robust networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow our services and support to the local community
  • Provide reports, analysis and recommendations to management on results against occupancy rates and budgets to enable effective decision-making by the board and management

Clinical Care Manager

As our new Clinical Care Manager at Rubicon Grove, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and be a significant contributor to the leadership team.  You will:

  • Provide strategic and operational  leadership to deliver quality clinical solutions that provide the highest standard of care for our residents
  • Research, analyse and assess resident clinical care requirements and ensure the delivery of required support
  • Provide clinical expertise, oversight and guidance to the clinical care team
  • Manage and implement strategies to ensure compliance with accreditation and legislative requirements
  • Manage and identify risks to ensure the safety of our people, residents and the community
  • Actively build and maintain robust networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow our services and support to the local community
  • Manage resources, supplies, operational cost within agreed financial constraints.

Home Care Support Workers
