Hospitality Services Manager (South)

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Services Manager to lead a motivated team to deliver quality services in food production, dining, cleaning and laundry services at our Bishop Davies Court and Barossa Park Lodge facilities.   

Your activities will include:

  • Managing and leading our catering, cleaning and laundry teams
  • Effectively promoting team cohesion and performance
  • Managing and delivering quality menu’s in a large commercial kitchen
  • Ensuring quality and coordinated hospitality services to residents
  • Managing hospitality audits and maintain compliance Effectively contribute to your team cohesion and performance
  • Controlling expenses and working within approved budgets

Skills and experience

  • Relevant business or industry qualifications
  • Demonstrated management experience in hospitality
  • Experience in Aged Care or Health Care Catering/Hospitality Services (highly desirable)

Residential Aged Care Manager

About the role

As the Residential Aged Care Manager at Rubicon Grove, you will report directly to the Executive Manager and be a significant contributor to the OneCare leadership team.

You will:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver quality solutions that provide the highest standard of care for our residents
  • Oversee the day to day management of the 80 bed facility, including clinical care and hospitality services
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with Accreditations and legislative requirements
  • Manage and identify risks to ensure the safety of our people, residents and the community
  • Actively build and maintain robust networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow our services and support to the local community
  • Provide strategic and innovative solutions to ensure optimal facility occupancy
  • Manage resources, supplies, operational cost within agreed financial constraints.

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience in managing a facility in Aged Care or a similar environment
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing people to achieve optimum results
  • Demonstrated experience in managing accreditation audits
  • ACFI  knowledge/experience (desirable

Clinical Care Manager

About the role

As our new Clinical Care Manager at Umina Park, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and be a significant contributor to the leadership team.  

You will:

  • Provide strategic and operational  leadership to deliver quality clinical solutions that provide the highest standard of care for our residents
  • Research, analyse and assess resident clinical care requirements and ensure the delivery of required support
  • Develop and implement clinical care strategies and operational plans to provide quality services
  • Provide clinical expertise, oversight and guidance to the clinical care team
  • Manage and implement strategies to ensure compliance with accreditations and legislative requirements
  • Lead resources to deliver strategic and operational care to residents
  • Manage and identify risks to ensure the safety of our people, residents and the community
  • Actively build and maintain robust networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow our services and support to the local community
  • Provide strategic and innovative solutions to ensure optimal clinical care
  • Manage resources, supplies, operational cost within agreed financial constraints.

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience managing an aged care facility or a similar environment
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing people to achieve optimum results
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful accreditation audits
  • Strong knowledge of ACFI
