With over 40 years experience in providing non-profit, residential aged care in Tasmania, OneCare is committed to delivering the highest quality of service to all our clients.

Our goal is to support and care for the aged, disabled and terminally ill in residential aged care facilities, community care and independent living accommodation according to the individual's wishes and needs.

We aim to provide a seamless continuity of care, from supportive outreach services in the home, through to intensive high-care residential accommodation with 24 hour nursing as required.
